A Free Concert and Charity Event from 11:00 Am until 8:00 PM.

8 hours of continuous music!

This year’s event will be held on the beach and will include a free concert for the public. Food will be served as well as many exciting giveaways. Music starts at 11:00 and will goes all day. Several bands will be on hand to provide on going entertainment for the crowd.

If you are into good music, the lake, and lots of fun in the sun you need to know about The second annual Lake Wylie Jam which will be held at the Long Cove Marina and Yacht club on Lake Wylie on August 18 from 11:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Pictured in the Center is the infamous Wild Willy Wylie the official pirate of Lake Wylie. Wild Willy will be at the Jam in person, and will award the grand prize to the best dressed Pirate, so don't forget to wear your pirate duds.

Directions

By land: From Buster Boyd bridge take hwy 49 to shopton Road (first stop light). Turn left, and go about 3 miles, then turn left on Pine harbor road. Go about 1/2 mile and turn left on Rain Barrel drive follow signs to Long Cove Marina. Parking is $10.00 per car and space is limited.

By water: Long Cove is about one quarter of a mile north of Buster Boyd Bridge on the right (east side of the lake) . Look for large blue building and the beach.

By Water Shuttle: A water shuttle service will be offered from the boat landing beside T-bones on the lake and will run from 10:30 until 8:00 PM. Look for boats with the Lake Wylie Jam Banner. The cost is only $5.00 charity donation per person.

Personal coolers, will be allowed Provided you register your cooler and pay a fee of $20.00.
